Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your plant arrived in poor condition. This doesn't represent our usual high quality and I have therefore replaced your hydrangea for you. Do a bark test on the plant to check if it's dead: scrape a small amount of bark from the base of your plant. If it's brown then it has sadly died. If there are any signs of life then it may have started to go into dormancy. I'm confident that your replacement will perform well. Give it winter protection after potting it on and it should give you years of pleasure. Regards, Anne
