All good but a little overwhelmed by costs if you don't follow the rules. Eg having to pay £200 if you lose a key. Do not think that is a fair deal to replace a key!! To use a BBQ and not left...

Hello Lynda, thank you for your feedback. To clarify if we do not receive keys back when people depart we have to call out a locksmith, change the lock and cut new keys. This is not a cheap exercise in central London. Also, we did not request any additional charges from your party.

Jennifer, Thankyou for your response. I do understand about the key situation now. We have been involved in accommodation ourselves for 40 years and fortunately never had to call the locksmith in. Keys returned or posted back to us.
Everything else was extremely satisfactory.

Jennifer, I am sorry that in my first comments to you that I wasn't more positive as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My response was somewhat rushed and I only had limited wifi time and wanted to pass on our concern about extra charges that we may have to pay. I would never leave a 2 star rating for this lovely accommodation as that must have been automatically generated. We gave it a 4 & 1/2 star and would love to stay again. All your communication has been greatly appreciated.
