No response back from this customer regarding the completely awful mattress I bought through JOhn Lewis. Mattress completely caved in the middle, but their representative said that is normal

Service from Dreams was excellent until I lost internet & couldn't receive emails. They wouldn't or couldn't phone me to give me updates. Mattress the is superb. Best night's sleep I have had in years
