Good service and Fast delivery, respond quickly to emails, - however now both of my orders with Defcon have arrived with something broken.

Hi Jack, I am sorry that there has been damage to the items in the post. I believe we sent out another cleaning rod to replace the damaged free item in your first order. I am just checking on the second issue - is this the TM mag? I believe you resolved the problem yourself but if this is not the case please let us know so we can get it sorted for you !

I appreciate the apology regarding the 2 damaged items. That's correct the 2nd damaged item was the TM extended Glock mag - I did repair this on site so that I could use.. (just impatient to use my new toy). It now works absolutely fine however is now a tad scratched up, so out of goodwill it would have been great to still receive a replacement despite me repairing.
I do understand that this may be against your T&Cs, however as both the orders I have placed with Defcon have now come with broken items during delivery. Sorry to say but as I'm sure you could appreciate it does make me think twice before ordering again.. might be worth reviewing how some items are packaged for transit.
Not trying to be a 'problem customer'.. Defcon provide great customer service.. just ***** for me both my orders so far have been damaged.

Hi Jack, I really am sorry to hear the mag was damaged on receipt. Can I ask - was there any sign of damage on the external parcel? TM mags are very well packaged and protected and I am surprised if this has happened in the post, it was more than likely like that from the factory. If you had contacted us to say there was a problem we would happily have replaced the item at no cost to you although as you have scratched the mag by bending the lip back we wouldnt normally offer a new replacement, especially as the issue is now fixed. We do however really appreciate your custom and truly apologise for these small issues you experienced but are glad to hear you have resolved the fault!

Hi Defcon,
The Jiffy bag envelope was pretty scuffed up and dirty upon arrival. There was no obvious damage to the TM plastic felxi packaging around the mag.., - however this inst really the material that would really show heavy impact damage if it had taken any.
I did contemplate just not using the faulty mag and contacting Defcon for a replacement.. however, as the last broken item I received from Defcon took over a month to replace, I decided to try and repair myself.
