It's that time of year again. Feefo's Trusted Service awards are just a few months away!
You've been asking for a way to be recognised for the exceptional levels of service you provide your customers year after year...and we've listened!
We know that so many of you work extremely hard to provide each and every customer with a fantastic experience time and again. So, this year, we're introducing something extra special – our Platinum Trusted Service award!

The Platinum Trusted Service award recognises those businesses that go above and beyond to provide a consistently excellent service and dedicate themselves to acing their customer experience year after year.
Great customer service shouldn’t be a one-time deal. It’s a commitment to putting your customers above all else time and again. When shoppers see a Platinum Trusted Service award on your website, they can be confident your business will deliver exceptional customer experience every time they shop with you or use your service.

Any business that has won our Gold Trusted Service award for three consecutive years, or more, will be awarded with a Platinum Trusted Service award in 2020.
To qualify for Gold Trusted Service each year, you must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st and December 31st in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.
And if you’ve managed that, then a huge congratulations! A Platinum Trusted Service award will be on it’s way to you for making fantastic customer service a crucial part of your business.
It’s ok, you’re still in with a chance of winning. Our Trusted Service and Gold Trusted Service awards will be given to businesses who’ve aced their customer service in 2019.
To be eligible for a Feefo Trusted Service Award you need to have collected 50 or more Feefo reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
To achieve our coveted Gold Trusted Service 2019 award, a company must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
Don’t forget, the winners for all our 2020 awards will be announced early next year and we’ll be revealing more over the coming weeks and months, so keep your eyes peeled!
