Awards season isn’t until early 2020, but it’s never too soon to start thinking about how you can get your hands on one of the most prestigious prizes in customer service.
Here’s what your business needs to do to be in with a chance of winning when presentation time rolls around!
The Feefo Trusted Service award is your business’ stamp of approval when it comes to delivering a fantastic customer service! Winning it means that you’re delivering time and time again for your customers and that you’re placing customer service at the forefront of your business.
To be eligible for a Feefo Trusted Service Award you need to have collected 50 or more Feefo reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
Only the best of the best are rewarded with a Feefo Gold Trusted Service award. Every business that wins goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience, year-round!
To achieve our coveted Gold Trusted Service 2019 award, a company must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
We know that so many of you work exceptionally hard to provide fantastic service. So, this year we're introducing something extra special!
If you've won our Gold Trusted Service award for three or more years in a row, you'll be awarded our all new Platinum Trusted Service award.
This is to recognise those businesses that go above and beyond to deliver a consistently excellent service, and dedicate themselves to acing their customer experience year after year. Read more about our Platinum Trusted Service award here.
