We’re excited to announce that Feefo has been named as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies by the Financial Times as part of the FT 1000 – not bad for a company from Petersfield that hasn’t had to rely on external investment or venture capital!
We’ve come a long way since 2010 when we were set up to make a stand against fake reviews. We now have more than 3,000 clients across a huge range of industries, which include household names such as Expedia, The White Company, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts and Notonthehighstreet.com. Although we now have offices in London, the US and Australia, we haven’t forgotten our roots and our head office is still based at Heath Farm in Petersfield.
Committed to innovation and customer-service, we’ve worked hard to develop our products, not only to help our clients access the genuine feedback of their customers, but to gain deep analytical insights that have the power to transform their businesses. 2018 is going to be an exciting year, with some great new technology in the pipeline, including further developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
