The integration will allow brands to reward their customers for leaving product reviews, helping to generate more authentic user-generated content (UGC) for your website. UGC is proven to be more trusted by shoppers than content created by brands, helping to generate more sales for your business by increasing customer confidence.
LoyaltyLion’s platform allows ecommerce stores to create their own online loyalty and engagement programme, so that customers can collect points when they complete actions such as a making a purchase, leaving a review or referring a friend. Their platform increases customer retention, acquisition and encourages consumers to use your brand more frequently.
The integration with the Feefo platform encourages reviews by informing customers about the points they will receive if they do so, in their post-purchase email. Customers can view their acquired points and exchange them for vouchers, gift cards or other customer rewards.
