Faces of Feefo: Helen Gage

In this week's Faces of Feefo, we speak to Implementation Consultant Helen Gage.

How long have you been working at Feefo?

Nine months.

What’s a typical day for you at Feefo?helen-gage-lifestyle

In the main, my role is to project manage the implementation of Feefo for our Enterprise clients. This means making sure that the system is used to the best of its technical ability and our clients are able to quickly see the value of their investment in the platform.

I’ll typically speak to a few clients a day about all things Feefo implementation - that might be about how to send data into the platform, best practice around website integration/SEO, or communicating tasks, timelines and dependencies to various stakeholders.

I also spend time checking in with our Development and Product teams to ensure that the technical requirements of our clients are fully understood.

What’s the best customer experience you’ve ever received?

I’m renovating my house at the moment and have used a local firm of builders to do most of the work – and honestly they’ve made the experience a pleasure. They chip in and do bits of painting when waiting for supplies to arrive, have evicted various critters and a wasp's nest, and even let me know when they’ve got materials left over from other jobs that I can use to save a bit of cash.

They also understand my need to have a say in almost every little thing and allow me to take decisions about skirting board far too seriously! I’m thrilled with the end result and will definitely use them again.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

There’s nothing better than donning wellies and getting muddy on a walk in the great outdoors. We’re lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful countryside here in Hampshire and I make the most of that whenever I can.

What’s the best thing about working at Feefo?

Aside from the idyllic location (I gave up the London commute after ten years – life changing!), I’d say the potential for growth and development, both for the business and its employees.

As Feefo is a growing company, there's still a lot of space for me to make a difference. My opinion is sought out and listened to, and I’m given the autonomy to make decisions about my work that feed back into the growth of the business.
