Faces of Feefo: Steph Heasman

Welcome to our new Faces of Feefo series! To mark International Women's Day, we interviewed one of the most inspirational women of Feefo, our Director of Customer Success, Steph Heasman.

How long have you been working at Feefo?

What’s a typical day for you at Feefo? 

My days are very varied, no day is ever the same, as I work with a big team here who are responsible for managing all of our clients, so it can include individual coaching, dealing with client queries and feedback, supporting the team with help and ideas, and working with our product, marketing and sales teams to find better, more innovative ways of delivering a world-class service and experience for our clients.

What’s the best experience you’ve ever had with a company?

I’ve had lots of great experiences throughout my career. The best experiences I think have been within Feefo and RG (my previous company); I love the fast pace of innovative tech companies, full of inspiring people, engaged with the business and open to change. I have a great team of people, and I’m part of a brilliant leadership team. We all work hard but we also have fun.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

I enjoy spending time with family and friends cooking and catching up, my speciality is Thai food! I am a massive dog lover, ski fan, and enjoy yoga and running. I’m also a life coach and reiki master and have my own small practise.

What’s the best thing about working at Feefo?

There are loads of things I love about Feefo, like having a unique head office on a farm in Hampshire and a fantastic culture, but what makes the job for me is hearing stories from clients when they tell us how partnering with Feefo has changed their business, the way they work and the results they have seen.
