Moving from Reevoo to Feefo

Here's everything you need to know about your move to Feefo.

In August 2021 Feefo acquired Reevoo to form the largest global reviews platform.

 

Our mission is to make it easy for businesses to gather authentic customer insights across all their touchpoints. These insights help businesses with their strategic business planning and the acquisition and retention of customers.

 

We’re now upgrading all clients using Reevoo products and services to an improved technology platform powered by Feefo.  

 

These FAQs answer common questions about this upgrade. 

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I move from Reevoo to Feefo?

We’re starting the process of moving Reevoo clients to Feefo in the summer of 2022. You will be contacted by your Account Manager with a date for when you will move.

If you have any large projects planned that may delay or prevent your move, please let your Account Manager know by contacting migration@feefo.com 

What do I need to do?

We will let you know exactly what you need to do in your kick-off meeting. Our aim is to make this as easy as possible for you and for us to take on all the heavy lifting.

We will create your new Feefo account and transfer all your data to it. You will not need to change your feeds. 

If there’s something you have to do, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. And we’ll give you any technical support needed to help you.

How long will it take?

From your kick off meeting, it will take between 4-8 weeks, depending on complexities.

What will happen to my data?

Your data will be ported over without any disruption or interruption to your service.

All historical data will be available to view in the Feefo Hub.

Is Feefo secure?

We take data protection and information security very seriously and make sure we follow and meet the highest industry standards. If you’ve got any questions or want to know more about our data protection and security protocols, just, please contact us on gdprcompliance@feefo.com 

Do I have to sign a new contract?

No. Your terms and conditions remain unchanged. 

What happens if I'm not ready to move to Feefo?

If you have any major projects that prohibits you from moving, please speak to your Account Manager or contact migration@feefo.com

We promise we’ll keep things as simple as possible and give you our full support throughout the process.

How will Feefo be displayed on my website?

You will be using Feefo's SEO friendly widgets to display your review content on your website. To see some examples of what widgets Feefo offer, visit the widget gallery.

 

Will I still have access to my reports?

Yes. All of your reporting and all of your data will now be featured in the Feefo Hub. However the way the reports and data are displayed will be different to what you saw in Reevoo.

A full demo of Feefo Hub including your new reports available will be included in your upgrade. 

Will I have access to the same products and features?

Yes and No. You will get many of the same features but there are some differences, mainly around reporting. You won’t be able to see product attribute reports as you currently do in you ‘MyReevoo’ reporting dashboard. However, you will be able to download all your review data & create very bespoke reports that suit your business’s needs. Before you migrate to Feefo we will guide you through all the features so you can understand any differences & we’ll help you learn how you can get the most from everything the Feefo platform offers.

 

One of the biggest differences is that Feefo is a self-service platform. That means you’ll be able to quickly update or setup new campaigns & questionnaires yourself. Feefo also offers exciting, advanced features such as Smart Themes that you will be able to upgrade to once migrated. Smart Themes lets you improve your on-site customer journey by using our powerful sentiment analysis technology to group and highlight the review content that’s most relevant to your customers. 

 

Before you migrate to Feefo we will guide you through all the features so you can understand any differences & understand how you can gain the most from everything the platform offers.

Will I have any training on how to use Feefo?

Yes. You can choose between:

  • Self-serve guides and videos
  • A dedicated modular training program delivered by our Professional Services team.
  • Or a combination of both. Whichever works best for you.
