Responsibilities

As Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification, connecting with and following up on as many leads as possible and determining if they are good customer fits.

The SDR will generate and follow up on leads moving them effectively through the sales pipeline, connecting and learning about businesses and needs.

Once qualified, and a demo is booked, the SDR will be responsible for smoothly transitioning the prospect to the Sales Consultant who will take over to close the deal.

The perfect SDR will have:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels, internally and externally

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear and effective communication skills on the phone, in writing and in person

  • Effective listening skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • High level of resilience - easily handles objections and rejections

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 years experience in an outbound Sales roles
  • Experience conducting research to identify potential customers and key decision makers
  • Experience working to, and exceeding, targets with responsibility for your own success.
  • Experience of using CRM databases
  • CRM - Microsoft Dynamics
  • Software sales, SaaS
