Responsibilities

As the Digital Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering and data teams to build and improve our understanding of customers online journeys from acquisition to ongoing usage and long-term retention.

You’ll design, implement and test our tagging and tracking across all Feefo’s web properties – our marketing website, the Feefo Hub, and more, including:

  • Creating a clear tracking plan with event triggers, clear labelling standards and relevant properties.
  • Implementing Scalable, resilient, and privacy-conscious tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Designing robust testing and monitoring strategies working with our Engineering teams.
  • Advanced user and business segmentation.

You will own, maintain and continuously improve Feefo’s digital analytics capability and expertise including maintaining Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics implementation and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a Digital Analyst preferably using Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience working with Product or Marketing teams, with an understanding of digital journeys (digital acquisition via search, social and other channels, lead generation and conversion).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and testing digital analytics tagging and tracking.
  • Experience with front-end web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS) is beneficial but not essential.
