- Be the trusted advisor and advocate for Feefo customers.
- Engage customers actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in Feefo, while identifying new usage and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Feefo teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal.
- Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans while driving customer accountability.
- Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans.
- Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
- Manage accounts in CRM in a timely manner.
- At least 1-3 years intermediate experience in a similar CSM role
- Are passionate about customer success and experience
- Ideally have some experience within Martech or SaaS
- Can build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Solve problems with curiosity and creativity
