Customer Success Manager

We work with some of the best-known brands to harness the power of customer reviews to generate consumer insight, enhance online visibility, grow sales conversions and provide valuable customer insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted advisor and advocate for Feefo customers.
  • Engage customers actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in Feefo, while identifying new usage and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Feefo teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal.
  • Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans while driving customer accountability.
  • Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
  • Manage accounts in CRM in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years intermediate experience in a similar CSM role
  • Are passionate about customer success and experience
  • Ideally have some experience within Martech or SaaS
  • Can build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Solve problems with curiosity and creativity
  • Embrace challenges and change
  • Invest in relationships with customers and colleagues
