Our Customer Support function is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their growing team in Petersfield on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll be a naturally confident communicator, with the ability to investigate issues and think on your feet to deliver top-notch solutions. In this role, where you will be trained to use the Feefo Review Systems, you will be expected to engage with our customers to help them with day-to-day queries as well as proactively consult with them and together explore further technology solutions we can offer them to benefit their businesses.
Feefo Customer Support looks after nearly 4000 customers. We need to be intuitive and identify potential problems before they occur and anticipate our customers’ growing needs, ensuring their retention. Our new Customer Support Executive will provide first-line support, work with our CRM platform, ticketing system and update records and the Feefo Hub ensuring that our Customers’ accounts are running smoothly.
