The owners were sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the wood burner in the kitchen/dining room. This is not something that has been raised by previous guests, and they regret that you did not contact them at the time, as they would have been happy to assist. Following your feedback, the wood burner has been tested and did not smoke during use, but they appreciate you bringing this to their attention. The owners also appreciate your comments about the heating costs and they have now increased the electricity allowance.
