Hi Lindsay, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your mat. New mats will have excess lint to start with, even after the first wash, but they tend to settle down once they've had a bit of wear. I would recommend giving them a brush & a hoover to see if that helps initially. Please send over a photo of the mat showing the waves and I can help you further with this.
