I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Clearly something has gone awry. I want to assure that your experience is not indicative of our usual high quality products and service. Accordingly, I've now refunded you for these plants and I've arranged for a complimentary £5 voucher to be posted to you. I can understand why you may not wish to use us again but I do hope you will give us a second opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to our customers.
