Direct from the Bakery! Moist vanilla ready baked sponge cakes from Sweet Success, individually boxed and ready to decorate. Shelflife five weeks from baking. Square or rectangular ready made cakes are all sold as a pair of two layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep, so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake. Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish. Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking. Our ready made sponge cakes all freeze very well if you need to extend the shelf life.
