Store staff incredibly helpful!

Unfortunately codes didn't show properly online on the hair dye selection so I was unable to pick the correct colour. The photo clearly showed the code I needed but this wasn't the dye sent....

Was sent a text with delivery time, only one parcel arrived. My beauty trolley didn't arrive. Rang yourselves and was told it was out for delivery that day.. got to 4pm so rang back again was told it...
