Nik was on time and very professional. He went and check out inside and outside water outlet to check if they were either "hard" or "soft" water. Very satisfied and will recommend Puronics services.

Stephan was a valuable resource.. excellent employee

Stephen was very polite and helpful. He answered my questions and was patient. And Rita was very helpful in my two phone calls. Two 5-star employees!

Professional and efficient. Got the job done quickly. Cleaned up afterward.

Gave recommendations and went over what he did. Polite and on time

We had a technician come to our house for a standard media change 12/17. The filter never worked after he touched it. The same technician came back out 2/18 and so called attempted to repair it. ...

Excellent service.
