Service rep was at my home ready to start at the beginning of my quoted time window and completed the servicing quickly. Appearance of the service vehicle and rep were clean and professional.

Answered all questions asked. Performed fast and well.

Ken did a good job. He was thorough, clean, and quick.

service was great except technician said he would come back and test water. that never happened.i would appreciate the technician Nicolay Stoyanov to come back and test water as he said he would.

service tech was very professional and efficient. explained step by step

I like our softener of many years but think your service call is extremly high for a 45 min call plus travel. The service was excellent.

Very courteous and informative. Not pushy, showing us what was wrong and how to fix. Also, careful with our home!

Ken was timely, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The technician came on time, took the salt down to the basement and loaded it into the tank. He checked out the system and did everything efficiently.. .

The service was excellent and the gentlemen that came to do the work was excellent. I would say that the service cost is much too expensive to simply change out and clean the filters.
