Thank you for your feedback. Rats are extremely difficult to trap, they're fast and very smart animals. Trapping rats is the first method to try, although we would always suggest to our customers that poison is the way to go when dealing with rats. We do understand not everyone wants to use poison, so we give the options of traps as a first resort. Some people are lucky enough to trap them but most end up using poison to eradicate them and in a last ditch effort, if that doesn't work, glue boards would then be a last resort method. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to trap rats instead of poison, that you use the black Cat Rat Trap or the smaller version, The Nano Black Cat. These are extremely powerful, if the rat goes for the bait, this will kill it. Don't forget to use a bait box for any traps that are placed outside!

Any traps or poison that are placed outside, must be in the correct bait boxes. This is to stop any non target animals such as, cats, birds, hedgehogs etc, from becoming a victim of trapping or poison. Please can you place this in the correct bait box so it is used safely?

This is an insecticide and they cannot be sprayed outside as it has a very negative effect on other non target pests/insects. This will also kill our wonderful bees if they come into contact with it.
