It can take several months to clear a bed bug problem and we ask that you persevere as there are no better products available for the amatuer to deal with bed bugs. Angry is not good for us. Don't understand why we refused a refund, normally we would offer the difference between next day and two day delivery charge so a refund of £2.35 would be due. Please contact us. Bob Guy
