Sorry the bait did not appear to be scented strongly enough. I have to say, we have not sold very many of these but this is the first comment of this nature. Mice have a different sense of smell to us and it may turn out that they will find and eat the bait. Have you caught any mice on the trap? Bob Guy

Sorry for the need for a signature. Sadly, we have no control over first class post, if your product gets lost we cannot track it. We have considered not using signed for deliveries but it is too open to abuse. The difference would be about £1.00. For customer confidence in receiving their order we opted to use signed for on these smaller items. The post office quite often lose things!!!! Bob Guy
