Thank you very much for finding the time to comment. We recently had to increase the price of this item as we were making less than £1 because we had not increased the price in 8 years!!!! It went up 25% (£1.00) but still far cheaper than buying the packs of 4 in the supermarket. Bob Guy

We are very sorry that you found the delivery system failing. The reason we use signed for delivery is twofold. One, we can prove we have actually sent the items, 1st class post does not confirm despatch and secondly, if the item fails to arrive we can refund you or resend the item. There should have been an option on the postmans card for you to ring and arrange for them to deliver again the next day. All our courier deliveries can be left safe without the need of a signature but this does cost an extra £2.35. Unfortunately, the post office do not offer a leave safe option Bob Guy

That is good news for us,we do try hard to fit the products to the problem. Sadly we cannot talk to everybody, and therefore, some customers that order online do not order the correct products which can result in dissatisfaction. We do find it difficult handling phone enquiries and running the business at the same time!!! Bob Guy
