The top of the spray is not working properly. It sprays in one line rather than producing a fine mist of liquid. While spraying it leaks.

I had a problem with the trigger head but very shortly after writing to customer service I received a new one. The product itself I'm using for cleaning. Does not leave a smell which is plus. Haven't tried directly on carpets.
