Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

George and his team are fantastic. The water sports equipment, kids club and activities are excellent. The rooms are very basic and the hotel is in need of maintenance. The food was ok but only ok....

The watersports and general sports teams were brilliant. We loved every minute of this and the tuition was fantastic. However the hotel was rather basic and would benefit from better food.

Great staff. Food in the main restaurant was good also. Everybody was very accommodating and there was always availability for sailing lessons, Tennis etc.
