My understanding is that the UK's CAA has strict rules about the occupation of emergency exit seats by under 16s so the seats you've referred to may well have been exempt from those rules, such as if they had a bulkhead in front of them. Regardless, your comments about Enter Air (a reputable Polish airline with a sizeable fleet and good service and punctuality record) will be passed on. We too miss being able to offer flights from London Heathrow but Gatwick is also well-located for guests. Turning to your comments about Levante, you're aware that we are moving to the wonderful Kamari Beach Resort from Summer 2022. No, it won't have rooms with their own pools but the rooms with their own sunbeds and access to the swimming pool are already selling like hot cakes! Our resort in Afandou was hugely popular from the first day until the last and Richard, Leah, Alexandra and the team did a grand job. I'm sorry you felt otherwise and certainly hope you took Richard to one side and had a word as I would hate to think you weren't happy and yet didn't say anything at the time.
