It does Not remove moss from block paving, despite using water as diirected. Very disappointed with product.

In all due respect, we do state on our website that it is advised to use a proprietary cleaner on stubborn and ground in surfaces, such as Draper's part no.52693 that is shown as a related product. We also show another related product which is a wave brush (part no.70636639) that has been specially designed by Batavia for improved cleaning on such surfaces.

Really disappointing. Didn’t clean the drive at all. Wouldn’t even remove algae let alone lichens. Would have done the same with water and a broom

Oh dear! We're really flummoxed with your negative review owing to the the fact we have sold literally hundreds of these - even our own MD has one! I have discussed your review with the relevant product manager and he has suggested the following recommendations:1/ Use the maximum speed (1300rpm).2/ Use the black multi material brush.3/ Initially dampen the area.4/ On heavily soiled areas use a proprietary clean (such as the Draper 52597 Patio Cleaner).Do please let us know how you got on, or if we can be of any further assistance. Thank you for your review, though a higher marking would have been more appreciated.
