They have helped my digestive system and immunity. Have taken them for years and feel they have helped my gut stay healthy. Generally feel they have helped my over all health and well being.

I honestly feel that I benefit from taking Super20 Pro. I have to take omeprozole every day so felt the need to take a pro biotic and have been taking them for a few years now.

They seem to help me, I do mostly take two a day now. Hopefully they will continue to keep my gut health. Have tried fermented food as surgested by some, but it doesn't agree with me.
