Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased to hear that you are happy with your sofa. We try to visit all postcodes within our delivery area once a week as a minimum. Postcodes where we have a greater volume of deliveries we visit more frequently, up to 3 or 4 times a week. Each day is divided up into am and pm delivery slots, which on the day of delivery are narrowed down to a 2 hour window. Delivery frequency is something that is reviewed regularly to ensure that we offer the best possible delivery service to our customers. Regards Richard

Thank you for your comments, I am pleased to hear that you are happy with your chair. Delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks, whilst delivery outside the Heal's delivery area, is carried out by a third party and takes 2-3 weeks from receipt into our warehouse. This information is explained on our website and I'm sorry to read that you were disappointed with this. Regards Richard

Delivery of non furniture items is £4.95 whilst delivery of furniture is £50, orders of over £1000 are delivered free of charge. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the umbrella stand.
