A bit slow on the dispatch email, but overal quick delivery without any problem. The customer service rep got the tracking number for me 30 mins after I enquired.

Still waiting for my online purchase delivery 12 days later with a published delivery of 1 to 5 days.
I have however received a mail asking me to rate my purchase.
Wouldn't recommend Elverys...
