As giving star rating on feefo only briefly mentioned tour guide Pam Jeffries in Australia as overall had a great holiday but Australia was rather spoilt after such a good guide in NZ, she was disorganised and at times chaotic. Arriving at hotels was a challenge as she would take up time discussing trips on offer before handing out room keys which took enough time with the number of guests.
We were treated like children at the various airports as if we were incapable of checking in ourselves. It was a stark difference which we all were very aware of.
We did have some trouble at airports particularly Alice Springs where they refused to honour our business flights weight allowance, I embarrassingly had to open my case and remove items or I would be charged excess luggage fee.
Fab holiday we'll organised. Good value for the money.
