Doesn’t respect your wishes
I requested that information would be supplied via email or my home number. On the contrary, I’m receiving calls on my mobile phone. Other than the huge miss, it was ok.

Very helpful in deciding where you want to spend your elder years.
They have been extremely helpful in finding me places to choose from. Deciding where to spend your elder years is a tough thing to do. Without them, I don't know what i would do.
