In this week's Faces of Feefo, we spoke to Tanja Ehrhardt, Product Manager at Feefo.
How long have you been working at Feefo?
One year and three months.
What's a typical day for you at Feefo?
Every day is different. I work as part of a team of product managers. The key part of my role is to ensure the voice of the customer is heard in product development, and I am really passionate about delivering products and features that our customers love. I work with all stakeholders in the business and our customers to shape the upcoming roadmap. I also work closely with the development team so they have all the knowledge they need to make our products a success.
What's the best customer experience you've ever received?
When I bought my car. Even though it was a used car, the dealer treated me as if bought their most expensive model and made me feel really special. When I went to pick up my car, it was in a special cordoned-off area with my name on it and a sign staying 'welcome to the family' – that was quite unexpected! They took time and care to explain everything and ensure I was happy, and made the purchase experience really easy and enjoyable.
What do you do when you're not in the office?
Most of my spare time is taken up studying for my maths and physics degree at the Open University, but what little time I do have is spent unwinding, mostly by reading, binge-watching Netflix or gaming.
What's the best thing about working at Feefo?
The people make all the difference. I enjoy working with the people here, they are just as passionate about Feefo and the value it delivers for our customers as I am.
