The flowers were dispatched at 8.05 on a Saturday. Arrived sometime on the Monday left on the door step with a piece of tissue around the stems. But very prompt on sending a refund on the Sunday.

Easy to use website and delivery was on the correct day.
Service was great however the roses were beautiful but there was not enough trachelium to give the wow factor that was depicted in the photogragh. Mum loved them but I was a little bit disappointed.
