The key hole and door lever are too close together and it's difficult to get a key that will easily fit the lock.

We are little surprised to read your comments on the Kirkpatrick 2519 smooth lever door handle. This lever lock handle is of industry standard size and is suitable for any sash lock. We have checked with Kirkpatrick's and nothing has changed on the pattern they use to cast from, so we can only presume you have an unusually big key.

If it's not suitable for your requirements and you have not installed it, please send it back to us with a note inside the box with your order number on it, for a refund. Please ensure all fixtures and fittings are returned with it.
