QA Engineer

Location: Petersfield, Hampshire

The role of QA Engineer is within our QA Team, working alongside our core Software Development team that consists of three areas; API development, UI development and quality assurance (this role). Tasks will be varied and will consist of testing both new features and modules within the Feefo platform, as well as retesting of bug fixes and smaller enhancements to existing functionality. by ensuring the web-based user interface for our consumer and merchant facing web applications function as expected.

Pre-Sales Consultant

As a member of the Feefo Technical Delivery Team, the Pre-Sales Consultant will take a proactive role in supporting the Sales, Partner and Customer Success teams from both a commercial and technical perspective. The Pre-Sales Consultant will gain an in-depth understanding of the Feefo platform and use that knowledge to scope, devise and explain best practice technical solutions with prospective and existing clients. Paid Media Manager

As a Paid Media Manager at Feefo, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution and reporting of the Paid Search and any other Paid Media campaigns that relate to the in-house, lead generation and brand awareness activity. Our in-house Paid Media activity is critical in supporting our sales team, with high quality inbound enquiries. Based within the Technical Delivery Team, the role of 3rd Line Support Developer is to work within an agile scrum team dedicated to providing rapid resolution to high priority code regressions and customer reported issues. The team also facilitates professional service requests from clients including data cleansing and bespoke reporting as well as supporting the progression of the product backlog during quiet periods.

Internal Systems Administrator

Location: Petersfield, Hampshire

You will form part of the overall technical support function of Feefo with specific focus on the internal LAN/WAN Networking of Feefo offices, troubleshooting desktop issues with office IT systems including Windows 10 Enterprise, and Office 365 set of features ensuring these are taken on by the business in a collaborative central way and ensure License management is maintained accordingly.
