Outstanding value. The ability of these aids to enhance my impaired hearing is comparable to that of my previous pair, which were "state-of-the-art" tuned to my hearing and which cost $5000.

The sound is very good and the noise canceling level works very well. However, the headphones fell apart after getting a replacement, it broke again within a few weeks.
I had a problem with my soundbar. I sent it back to be repaired and got it back in a timely manner. The person I spoke to on the phone Kevin Ryan to set everything up was very helpful.
