Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are pleased that your order was delivered promptly. As well as our own vehicles we use couriers to deliver our goods. They can deliver any time up until 18:00 as part of their normal delivery service. I have put a note on your account asking for delivery to be before 15:00 but I cannot guarantee this will happen every time.
