We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good prices, usually accurate deliveries. If incorrect items sent and need to be collected it takes a long time for collection. Would prefer goods to be delivered within 3 days as the norm - 5 days...

We are pleased that you are happy with our online service.

When we arrange for an item to be collected we pass your information to a 3rd party courier (usually TNT) who then arrange to send a vehicle out.

We do advise delivery is usually 3-5 working days but if you need your order quicker than this you can request next day delivery. If the order is received and processed before 14:00 delivery will be within 24 hours.. If it is sent after this the order will be delivered within 48 hours.

I have had a response from our Sports buyer and they have discovered what the issue with the rugby belt was.

The tag rugby belt that was sent out was from a 2014 batch of belts and should have been disposed of when the new stock came in. Unfortunately it appears that one belt got mixed into the stock and was shipped with your order. I can confirm that the rest of the stock has been checked and no further old belts were found.

I can also confirm that my colleague has sent a replacement tag rugby belt to you.

As standard the delivery timescale for goods is 3-5 working days as long as the items are in stock. If you have an order that is needed urgently please let us know as we do offer a next day delivery service. The cut off period for this is 14:00
