I have looked into the order reference that you have quoted and we received this web order on 06/05/16 and it was then delivered 09/05/16. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, we do also do an urgent 48 hour or Next Day delivery service on request. We do not charge a delivery fee on general stock items which is why the standard delivery is 3-5 days.

As standard the timescale for delivery is 3-5 working days. We do offer a free next day delivery service. All you need to do is specify this on the order and ensure it is sent to us before 14:00 as this is our cut off point. If the order is received after this time delivery will be within 48 hours.

I have had a look at your order and can see that we received it through the YPO website on 02/06/16 and it was delivered and signed for on 09/06/16 which is the 5th working day.

Orders placed through YPO should be delivered within 3-5 working days. If the order is required urgently we do offer a next day delivery service (as long as the order is received before 14:00)
