How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Standard delivery for orders is 3-5 working days but we do offer a free next day delivery service. if you specify on the order that you need it next day and we receive the order before 14:00 it will be delivered within 24 hours. if it sent to us after 14:00 delivery will be within 24 hours.

Generally good, but orders take too long to arrive always takes a week when other company's deliver free next day delivery.

Our delivery timescales for stock orders are usually 3-5 working days. We do offer a free next day delivery service. All you need to do is specify this on your order. The cut off point for this service is 14:00 every day. After this time any orders received will be delivered within 48 hours.
