We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When we arrange collection we pass all of your information to an external courier (usually TNT) and ask them to collect the items for us. We generally advise that collection should be done within 10 working days. On occasions where items aren't picked up after we have arranged collection we will go to a separate courier and ask if they can go in. Parcels were all separately packaged and not taped up very well. Goods were received in good condition but the boxes were beat up.
