We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Unfortunately we did have a few problems with this order, the delivery company says they tried to deliver it but no one was available to take delivery and it got sent back to depot. As it was needed...

We are sorry to see that you have had an issue with your order. I can see that the original order was sent out via our courier SST. While we try to ensure the goods are delivered within school hours it may not always be possible to do this due to traffic limitations and where the order is on the vehicle. I am happy that we were able to get the items out to you. I can see that we have organised to collect the goods and this was done on 20/06/16.
