This order was held until the start of September as requested, but after that we were awaiting fresh stock from our supplier. We cannot reserve stock for a "delayed dispatch" order, as it would risk us having wasted stock on our nursery if the plants went over, or a customer cancelled. Once the new stock was received, we dispatched the order. An email confirmation was sent at this point from our server to the email address provided. I have contacted the customer regarding replacement of the damaged plant. Will YouGarden Ltd
