We were aware that you were unhappy during the tour, as you wrote to us on several occasions throughout your trip. We did our best to respond to your concerns at the time and continued to liaise with you once you returned home. While we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, we were able to offer a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the issues you raised, which you accepted.
We do take all feedback seriously and use it to help improve future tours. It's also worth noting that we received a number of positive comments from other members of your group regarding both the itinerary and the overall experience. That said, we fully understand that experiences can vary, and we are genuinely sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.
