Apologies for this. The nature of this initial review process is for you to provide an account of the customer service you received when purchasing your warranty. We appreciate a warranty review is better suited to people who have had a repair claim with us, hence our product review through Feefo. However, due to the possibility of a plan being taken and never having a repair claim made, we want to make sure we touch base with our customer case across the board, with minimum leakage.
