As outlined on our website, we ask customers to carefully inspect their mural upon delivery and notify us of any issues prior to installation, should a return be required. The map selected was sourced within our Extended Range, which includes a large collection of third-party images that cannot be individually reviewed in advance. Unfortunately there may be cases where the information may not be up to date or slightly incorrect. Each mural is bespoke and custom printed to the wall dimensions provided. With map orders, our team will always look to see if they can amend to try to include the maximum usable area of the map without distorting the image to fit certain wall dimensions. Hello Phyllis, Thank you for leaving a review and bringing this image to our attention. We hope you can understand that the maps are geographically correct, and in order to print them rectangular they will repeat on the edges to ensure there are no blank sections. Furthermore, the online crop is the section that will be printed and received which is clearly shown on the website. Unfortunately, I could not locate any further contact from you regarding your dissatisfaction with the mural until after it was installed and a review posted, so we have not had the opportunity to discuss this matter with you.
